Our story
Our local, family owned and oriented business has been located in Sumner for over 50 years. We specialize in residential property management for property owners across Pierce County, and our service is the key: when you call the office at (253) 863-6122, a real person answers.
From our office at 1004 Main St in downtown Sumner we manage single-family homes, apartments and condos, and commercial spaces in Sumner, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Orting, Edgewood, and Milton. Jennifer Noland is our Owner and Designated Broker; Diane Foultz is our Broker. Spartan Agency is a member of NARPM (the National Association of Residential Property Managers) and the Sumner Downtown Promotion Association.

Advertising & screening
We advertise your vacancy, schedule tours, and fully screen every prospective resident against our published application requirements.
Rent, accounting & bookkeeping
Residents pay online through Zego, by mail, by bank bill-pay, or in person at our office. We collect the rent and keep the books for your property.
Maintenance
Coordination of maintenance and repairs. Residents submit requests online; urgent items come straight to our office by phone during business hours.
