Accessibility statement.

Spartan Agency LLC wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including tenants, property owners, and applicants who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only navigation, or voice control.

Our standard

Our goal is for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is part of how the site is built and reviewed, not an add-on: page structure, color contrast, keyboard focus, form labels, and text alternatives for images are checked before changes go live. If we learn that something falls short, we fix it.

How we check

Accessibility toolbar and help desk

This site also offers the AudioEye toolbar. Look for the accessibility icon in the corner of the page to adjust text size, contrast, and spacing, or to open the Accessibility Help Desk and report a problem directly to AudioEye. The toolbar is a convenience layer; the site is built to work without it.

Third-party services

Some tasks hand off to services we do not control: the Zego portal for online rent payments, the online rental application, and the Google map on our contact page. We cannot change how those services are built, so every one of them has a fallback here: our address is printed next to the map; rent can also be paid in person at our office, by mail, or through your bank’s bill pay; and our office will walk you through the application requirements by phone (Mon – Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
