Full screening of all prospective residents
Every adult who will live in the home completes an application. Our published application requirements spell out the income, credit, rental-history, and animal criteria we screen against, so every applicant is treated equally.
Advertising
Your vacancy is listed here on spartanagency.com with photos, rent, deposit, availability, and a direct link to apply online, and we schedule tours with interested renters.
Accounting and bookkeeping
We keep the books for your property so you always know where it stands.
Collection of rent
Rent is due on the 1st. Residents pay online through Zego, by mail, by bank bill-pay, or in person at our Sumner office, and we follow up on late payments per the lease.
Coordination of maintenance and repairs
Residents submit maintenance requests online; urgent items come straight to our office at 253-863-6122. We coordinate the repair and keep you informed.
Located in Sumner for over 50 years
Our office is at 1004 Main St in downtown Sumner, open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We serve Sumner, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Orting, Edgewood, and Milton.
